About the role
We're looking for an experienced sous chef to lead our hot line and assist the head chef in daily operations. You'll mentor a brigade of 8 and own the lunch service end-to-end.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fine-dining experience
- Strong French technique
- HACCP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead daily mise en place
- Manage hot stations during service
- Train and mentor junior cooks
- Liaise with sourcing on seasonal menus
